Renderings from Fogarty Finger Architecture reveal a major renovation and redesign of a through-block commercial lobby at 80 Pine Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The Rudin Family, owners and original developers of the property, commissioned the architects to complete a brighter, more inviting entry into the Class A office tower.
Demolition work is ramping up at 1 Park Row in the Financial District, where a mixed-use building is planned to rise. Little information has been disclosed on the scope of the new project, which is designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Guardian Realty Management, since plans and renderings were released in December 2017. According to the depiction, the development could stand at least nine stories high.
Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 42 Second Avenue in the East Village, Manhattan. Located between East 2nd and East 3rd Streets, the interior lot is two blocks north of the 2nd Avenue subway station, serviced by the F train. Gemini Rosemont under the Second and Second Property LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Cape Advisors and The Pioneer Group recently secured $280 million in construction financing to complete a new residential complex in Astoria, Queens. Located at 30-77 Vernon Boulevard, the development will comprise a trio of interconnected structures spanning 522,000 square feet along the East River.

Designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Charney Companies and Tavros Capital under the Court Square 45th Avenue LLC, the 50-story tower will contain condominiums as well as commercial and community space.
