Permits have been filed for a 14-story affordable housing building at 4784 Broadway in Inwood, Manhattan. Located between Dyckman Street and Cumming Street, the interior lot is steps away from the Dyckman Street subway station, serviced by the A train. New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications for the site also known as 4790 Broadway.
Following several years of construction and development, Level One Holdings has officially launched sales at 10 Lenox Avenue in South Harlem. Located on the corner of 111 Street and Lennox Avenue, the eight-story building contains a collection of 29 condominium units, multiple outdoor areas, and clear views of Central Park.
An updated preliminary rendering has been revealed for 41-05 29th Street. The site is located in Long Island City, Queens and will eventually be home to a 24-story mixed-use residential development with ground-floor retail. An excavator and a piling machine were also seen on the triangular corner lot. The property sits at the confluence of 29th Street and 41st Avenue and also happens to be located across the street from Queens Plaza Park, which will become the second-tallest building in the downtown neighborhood upon completion. The tower at 41-05 29th Street is being designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by SB Development Group.
“The Dime” is a new, mixed-use complex in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The 23-story project recently topped out, and is located at 209 Havemeyer Street. The building stands out among the surrounding blocks. The Lively recently topped-out at 321 Warren Street in Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District. Today, YIMBY has another update on the 18-story mixed-use structure. Due to its quick construction schedule, the development is expected to debut this summer with move-ins around July. It is designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by LMC. There will be 180 apartments, 1,343 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a 14,200-square-foot black-box theater with dedicated space for local artists.
