New renderings have been revealed for 350 Park Avenue, a proposed supertall office skyscraper in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by Norman Foster of Foster + Partners and developed by Ken Griffin, Vornado Realty Trust and Rudin, the 62-story structure is planned to rise roughly 1,600 feet tall and yield 1.8 million square feet of office space, with 54 percent to be occupied by the hedge fund Citadel LLC. The project site is bound by East 52nd Street to the north, East 51st Street to the south, and Park Avenue to the east.

Construction has structurally topped out on 270 Park Avenue, JPMorgan Chase‘s 1,388-foot supertall headquarters in Midtown East. Designed by Lord Norman Foster of Foster + Partners with Adamsom Associates as the architect of record and developed by Tishman Speyer, 60-story skyscraper will yield 2.5 million square feet of office space with a capacity of 15,000 employees, and is the tallest project currently underway in New York. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the property, which spans a full city block bound by East 48th Street to the north, East 47th Street to the south, Park Avenue to the east, and Madison Avenue to the west.

A new rendering has been revealed for PENN 15, a 56-story commercial supertall at 15 Penn Plaza in MidtownManhattan. Designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Vornado Realty Trust, the 1,200-foot-tall skyscraper will yield 2.7 million square feet of office space and stand as the centerpiece of the 7.4-million-square-foot Penn District master plan. Northstar Contracting Group is the demolition contractor for the Hotel Pennsylvania, which is currently being razed to make way for the new tower along Seventh Avenue between West 32nd and 33rd Streets.

Construction is closing in on completion on 50 Hudson Yards, a 58-story commercial supertall in Hudson Yards and the final component of the first phase of the master plan. Designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Related Companies and Oxford Properties, the 1,011-foot-tall skyscraper will yield 2.9 million square feet of office space, making it the largest building by volume in the complex. ArcelorMittal provided the steel components, Langan Engineering is the civil and environmental engineer, and WSP is the structural and MEP engineer for the property, which occupies a full block bound by West 34th Street to the north, West 33rd Street to the south, Tenth Avenue to the east, and Hudson Boulevard to the west.
