Located between East 2nd and East 3rd Streets, the interior lot is two blocks north of the 2nd Avenue subway station, serviced by the F train. Gemini Rosemont under the Second and Second Property LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Gemini Rosemont, a Los Angeles-based developer known for its office portfolio, is listed as the owner behind the applications under the 171 North First Street LLC.
