Tiffany Court, a new 151-unit affordable housing property recently debuted at 980 Westchester Avenue in The Bronx. The property is located in Foxhurst, residential micro-neighborhood that borders the Bronx River, the Bruckner Expressway, and Morrisania.
The newly constructed 1998 Second Avenue is expected to begin occupancy in September. Developed by Bolivar Development and designed by GF55 Architects, the 12-story structure will bring 164 rental units and an expansive amenity package to Second Avenue between 102nd and 103rd Streets. Leasing is being handled by Cantor Pecorella with pricing starting at $2,400 per month.
Demolition is complete at 111 Willoughby Street, the site of a 40-story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by GF55 Architects and developed by The Michaels Organization, Triangle Equities, and Geolo Capital, the 437-foot-tall structure will yield 205,000 square feet with 227 rental units, a 20,000-square-foot ministry center for the St. Boniface parish, and 1,814 square feet of commercial space. ZDG is the general contractor for the property, which is located by the intersection of Willoughby Street to the south and Duffield Street to the east.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1998 Second Avenue, a 12-story mixed-use building in East Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by GF55 Partners and developed by Peter Fine of Bolivar Development, the structure yields 164 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 51 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $215,150.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 14 Ralph Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Ralph Avenue and Quincy Street, the lot is one block from the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Erik Ekstein of Ekstein Development under the 1389 BBB LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
