Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by SL Green, the National Pension Service of Korea, and Hines, the project involves the gut renovation and expansion of a former eight-story structure and will yield 1.4 million square feet of office space. AECOM Tishman is the general contractor for the property, which occupies a full block bound by East 23rd and 24th Streets and Madison Avenue and Park Avenue South.

Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development have secured a $142 million construction loan to complete The Daymark, a five-story residential property at 4 Lighthouse Landing in Sleepy Hollow, New York. Located within the Edge-on-Hudson mega complex, the property will comprise a mix of condominiums, residential amenities, and ground-floor retail.

Brick façade installation is progressing on 555 Greenwich, a 16-story commercial building in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture from Trinity Church Wall Street, Hines, and Norges Bank Investment Management, the new 270,000-square-foot structure will connect to the adjacent 345 Hudson Street via a horizontal overbuild to yield a combined 715,000 square feet of office space. Tishman Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by King Street to the north, Charlton Street to the south, and Greenwich Street to the west.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox for SL Green, the project involves the gut renovation of the existing eight-story building and structural addition above its roof level, bringing the structure up to 1.4 million square feet of Class A office space. The National Pension Service of Korea and Hines are also part of the development team and acquired $1.25 billion in construction financing for the property, which occupies a full block bound by East 23rd and 24th Streets and Madison Avenue and Park Avenue South.

2330 Broadway’s Red Brick Façade Takes Shape on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Façade installation is progressing on 2330 Broadway, an 18-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Welltower and Hines, the 109,315-square-foot structure will yield 162 units averaging 674 square feet, with half reserved for seniors with memory and cognitive disorders. The property will also offer supportive programming with a focus on memory care. Hunter Robert Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.

Tishman Construction is the contractor for the property, which is located on a rectangular plot of land bound by Greenwich Street to the west, Charlton Street to the south, and King Street to the north.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by SL Green, the project involves the gut renovation of an existing eight-story building and structural addition above its roof level, bringing the structure up to 1.4 million square feet of Class A office space. The National Pension Service of Korea and Hines are also part of the development team and recently acquired $1.25 billion in construction financing for the property, which occupies a full block bound by East 23rd and 24th Streets and Madison Avenue and Park Avenue South. The project team is aiming for both WELL and LEED Gold certification.

The project is also being designed as one of the city’s most sustainable buildings. Broadway 85 LLC is the owner and Hunter Robert Construction Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 85th Street.
