Construction is now underway on the final tower of Journal Squared, a three-skyscraper development in Jersey City. Designed by HWKN Architecture and Handel Architects and developed by Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Advisors, the 60-story building will yield 600 rental apartments with interiors designed by Major and Handel Architects.
This week, development partners Kushner Real Estate Group and National Real Estate Advisors celebrated the opening of the second rental skyscraper at Journal Squared. Located at 537 Summit Avenue in Jersey City, the new 68-story tower stands 754 feet tall and comprises 704 residences.

Developer Blue Onyx Companies recently celebrated the commencement of construction at 24-1/2 Van Houten Street in Paterson, New Jersey. The project will debut as “24+Half” and will comprise a mix of residential area and associated amenities, office space, retail area, and outdoor public space.
