Borough Park-based B&H Management has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 594 Powell Street, in Brownsville. The project will measure 5,631 square feet and its residential units should average 663 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Reza Khamcy’s Great Neck, N.Y.-based Icon Engineering is the applicant of record. The 24-foot-wide, 2,411-square-foot property is currently vacant. The Junius Street stop on the 3 train is three blocks away.

An anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC has filed applications for a two three-story, six-unit residential building at 275 Grafton Street, in Brownsville. The project will measure 3,593 square feet and its residential units should average 562.5 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Reza Khamcy’s Great Neck, N.Y.-based Icon Engineering is the applicant of record. The 37-foot-wide, 3,750-square-foot property is currently occupied by a two-story, single-family house. Demolition permits were filed in July. The Saratoga Avenue stop on the 3 train is around the block.

Construction is wrapping up on a seven-story, eight-unit residential building at 310 West 114th Street, in Harlem, Harlem+Bespoke reports. The 12,554-square-foot project is being developed by property owner Emmanuel P. Denis, doing business as Kew Gardens-based Rafael Homes. Its residential units should average a spacious 1,310 square feet apiece, and will be condominiums. Units will come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, and include two duplexes and a penthouse featuring outdoor terraces. Reza Khamcy’s Great Neck-based Icon Engineering is the applicant of record. Completion can probably be expected in the summer.

The townhouse will measure a total 2,538 square feet and will rise on a vacant, 16-foot-wide lot. The building will rise 35 feet above street level, which means ceiling heights will be generous, and there will be a single off-street car parking spot. Lorenzo De Vardo, operating under an LLC, has filed applications for a 10-story, 18-unit residential building at 1771 Weeks Avenue, in Mount Hope, two blocks east of the B and D trains’ stop at 175th Street and Grand Concourse. The building will measure 19,512 square feet, boasting relatively large average units of 1,084 square feet apiece. Reza Khamcy’s Great Neck-based Icon Engineering is the applicant of record, and permits were filed in July to demolish an existing two-story structure.
