Property owner Idan Shitrit, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, three-unit residential building at 108 India Street, in Greenpoint. It will measure 6,890 square feet and its residential units should average 1,586 square feet apiece, indicative of condominiums.
