Renderings have been revealed for 50 Sussex Avenue, a 15-story building in Newark, New Jersey. Designed by 50 Sussex Avenue and developed by Tona Development, which won approvals to construct the project in 2021, the 150-foot-tall structure will yield 203 rental units and 2,000 square feet of commercial space.
