Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 100 Lenox Road in Flatbush-Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Parkside Avenue subway station, serviced by the Q trains and at the southeast corner of the Prospect Park subway station. Pulse Bedford Development will be responsible for the project.

Permits have been filed for a five-story religious facility at 4902 14th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn. The synagogue will rise in the heart of the neighborhood’s Jewish community. The site is five blocks away from the 50th Street subway station, serviced by the D trains. Manuel Scharf of Scharf Group LLC will be responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a substantial 17-story mixed-use high-rise at 56 West 125th Street, in Harlem, Manhattan. The site is half a block from the 2 and 3 trains, and three blocks from the 125th Street train station serviced by Metro North. This is one of several substantial new buildings filed for the neighborhood, showing the economic revitalization of Harlem is far from over. The Jay Group is responsible for the development.
Significant progress has been made on the construction of a six-story building at 199 Montrose Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The lot has been vacant for at least a decade, with proposals for other developments on record as early as 2008. It appears that foundation work has been started, with steel paneling raised to ground level. It does not look as though concrete has been poured yet. Ranco Capital LLC is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a four-story hotel at 1616 Summerfield Street in Ridgewood, Queens. The site is four blocks away from the Halsey Street subway station in Bushwick, serviced by the L train. The Loketch Group is behind the applications.
