Architect J Frankl Associates has revealed the first renderings of a 11-story building near Fordham University’s Bronx campus in Belmont. Proposals for the new development located at 660-668 East Fordham Road are still under consideration by the New York Department of Buildings. The owner of the property is listed as Shahin Daneshvar Of Shadi Development, LLC on the submitted documents.
Construction is getting close to topping out at 260 Gold Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by J Frankl Associates and developed by Gold Street Realty Holdings, the 13-story residential project will yield 194,089 square feet divided among 286 units, for an average of 689 square feet apiece.
Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 668 East Fordham Road in Belmont, The Bronx. Located at the corner of Cambreleng Avenue and East Fordham Road, the lot is near the Fordham MetroNorth station and the Fordham Road subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Shahin Daneshvar under the Shadi Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
J Frankl Associates has released renderings for a new eight-story mixed-use property in Borough Park, Brooklyn following the issuance of permits from the New York City Department of Buildings. Located on a corner lot at 5501 New Utrecht Avenue, the reinforced concrete structure will feature an industrial-style brick and metal façade, and a large setback above the sixth floor for an outdoor terrace and additional residential area.
