Construction Underway at 199 Montrose Avenue, Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Significant progress has been made on the construction of a six-story building at 199 Montrose Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The lot has been vacant for at least a decade, with proposals for other developments on record as early as 2008.
