SCALE Lending, the debt financing arm of Slate Property Group, has provided an $83 million bridge loan to The Namdar Group for the newly completed 26 Van Reipen Avenue in Journal Square, Jersey City. This loan is part of a larger funding package totaling $283 million, which also supported another development, 626 Newark Avenue, within the same neighborhood.

SCALE Lending, the debt financing arm of Slate Property Group, has finalized a $160 million construction loan to The Namdar Group for a new mixed-use development located 626 Newark Avenue in Jersey City. The loan was arranged by Drew Fletcher and Bryan Grover of Greystone Capital Advisors.
Atlas Nears Completion At 270 Johnston Avenue In Jersey City
Construction is nearing completion on Atlas, a 24-story residential building at 270 Johnston Avenue in Jersey City’s Bergen-Lafayette neighborhood. Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by Alpine Residential and Fields Grade, the structure will yield 169 rental units in studio to three-bedroom layouts with interiors by GRT Architecture. Many of the homes will feature private balconies with views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline.

Plans have been approved for 84-88 Beacon Avenue, a five-story residential building in Jersey City. The project, spearheaded by GN Management, will combine the sites of several existing structures on Beacon Avenue in the Jersey City Heights neighborhood and yield 24 units in one- to three-bedroom units. The property is located at the corner of Beacon and Oakland Avenues.
