Leasing has launched for 100 House, a residential development at 100 Hoboken Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners and developed by BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Company, and McKinney Properties, the six-story building offers a collection of 137 rental units and an assortment of amenities.
Jersey City officials recently celebrated the commencement of construction on the city’s new public safety headquarters. Insurance conglomerate AIG has officially announced the relocation of its global headquarters to 1271 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown, Manhattan. The new headquarters will span eight floors or approximately 325,000 feet.
