The new facility will feature a garage, offices, and storage space on the ground floor, an equipment room on a mezzanine level, and a meeting room, a kitchen, additional offices, and a dormitory on the second floor. John D. Calcagnile’s Howard Beach-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 23,004-square-foot plot of land is vacant.

Twin Three-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming To 95-11 158th Avenue, Howard Beach

A Richmond Hill-based corporation has filed applications for two three-story, tw0-family houses at 95-11 and 95-13 158th Avenue, in Howard Beach. The buildings will each measure 2,810 square feet and, across both, their residential units should average 750 square feet apiece. The apartments are likely geared towards families. John D. The 60-foot-wide, 6,000-square-foot site is occupied by a dilapidated single-story house until that structure was demolished earlier this year.
