Apartments and Expansion Planned for Upper East Side Citibank at 1042 Madison Avenue
A Citibank on a tony stretch of Madison Avenue on the Upper East Side is going to grow six stories and get a handful of apartments. Alteration plans were filed earlier this week to expand the two-story commercial building at 1042 Madison Avenue, between 79th and 80th streets.
