Henry Ausch has filed applications for four multi-family buildings, each rising four stories, at 1746 Linden Boulevard and 713-715 Snediker Avenue in East New York, a block away from the New Lots Avenue subway stop on the L line. The same developer filed for 67 residential units on the same block in March. The all-residential development will total 32 units and 22,520 square feet, and Karl Fischer is designing. An existing warehouse must first be removed.
Last year, an investor closed on a huge commercial site next to the Franklin Avenue C train stop in Bed Stuy for $19,500,000, sparking questions about the future of several storefronts on the busy corner. Now, plans have surfaced for an eight-story, 119-unit building on the property at 1134 Fulton Street, designed (of course) by Karl Fischer.
A condo tower designed by Karl Fischer is headed for the Upper East Side, at 302 East 96th Street between First and Second Avenues.
The Rabksy Group is planning a six-story apartment building at 26 West Street, in Greenpoint. The ubiquitous architect Karl Fischer filed plans for the project in September, and now YIMBY has the site’s first rendering.
YIMBY has the first look for a Karl Fischer project coming to 1060 Bedford Avenue in Bed Stuy, which will result in a five-story condo building with retail that will replace a car repair shop. Permits were filed back in September to build on the site, a 7,500-square-foot corner lot that fronts Clifton Place and Bedford and sits only a block from the Bedford-Nostrand G train station.
