The Rabksy Group is planning a six-story apartment building at 26 West Street, in Greenpoint. The ubiquitous architect Karl Fischer filed plans for the project in September, and now YIMBY has the site’s first rendering.
YIMBY has the first look for a Karl Fischer project coming to 1060 Bedford Avenue in Bed Stuy, which will result in a five-story condo building with retail that will replace a car repair shop. Permits were filed back in September to build on the site, a 7,500-square-foot corner lot that fronts Clifton Place and Bedford and sits only a block from the Bedford-Nostrand G train station.
