Joshua Markovics’ Brooklyn-based Royal Builders Realty has filed applications for an eight-story, 19-unit residential building at 1287 East 19th Street, in Midwood, four blocks from the Q train’s stop at Avenue M. The building will measure 19,723 square feet, which means units will average 1,038 square feet. Hudson Valley-based Kenneth Thomas is the applicant of record, and two dilapidated two-story homes must first be demolished.

Michael Gross, operating as an anonymous LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, single-residence mixed-use building at 1519 52nd Street, in southern Borough Park, between 15th and 16th Avenues. The entire building will measure 9,979 square feet, and includes a 1,955 square-foot religious facility in the basement level. The upper three levels will encompass an 8,024 square-foot home. Kenneth Thomas is the applicant of record, and a 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

Rockland County-based Kenneth Thomas is the architect of record, and two existing two-story townhouses must first be demolished.

Located four blocks from the 55th Street stop on the D train, the building will measure 13,823 square feet, and units will average a condo-sized 1,728 square feet each. Rockland County-based Kenneth Thomas is the architect of record, and demolition permits for an existing building were filed this past summer.
