JLL Capital Markets recently announced the successful acquisition of a $36.7 million loan to facilitate the construction of a new, mixed-use condominium building in Manhattan. Located on the border of Flatiron and Chelsea, the building’s official address is 128-130 West 23rd Street, and the project is already under construction.

Permits have been filed for a ten-story commercial building at 171 Bowery, on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Located between Broome Street and Delancey Street, the interior lot is two blocks north of the Grand Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Grant Shapolsky of Shapolsky Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications, under Prime Manhattan Development LLC.
A new residential building is coming to 128 West 23rd Street in Chelsea, between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenues, and today YIMBY has the first look at renderings and an update on progress. When complete, there will be 40,230 square feet of residential space split amongst 33 units averaging about 1,200 square feet apiece. 3,598 square feet of retail space will be located on the ground floor. Valyrian Capital and Pan Brothers are the developers of the site while Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is the architect of record.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 526 Union Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Metropolitan Avenue subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Long-Island based Northside Capital Corporation is behind the applications.
New permits filed reveal a mixed-use, residential building at 228 Vanderbilt Avenue, in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Under development by Reuven Zulauf, Co-Founder of JV Capital Group, the function of the building will include seven residential units and a community facility.
