Designed by Stonehill & Taylor Architects and developed by Lam Generation, the tower will stand 420 feet tall and yield 360 rooms averaging around 380 square feet apiece. The property is located at 112 West 25th Street and replaced the long-running Antiques Garage indoor flea market, considered one of the go-to destinations for antique shoppers. Permits have been filed for a 38-story hotel at 113 West 24th Street, in Chelsea. The location is close to the 23rd Street stations for the 1 train, as well the PATH. Guests will find ready access to Madison Square Park, one block to the east, and Lam Generation will be responsible for the development.
