Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 63 West 14th Street in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Located on the corner lot of 6th Avenue and 14th Street, it is steps away from the 14th Street subway station, serviced by the F and L trains. Thomas Graham of Landsea, under the LS-14 Avenue LLC, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The former railyard on the Weehawken waterfront has slowly blossomed into a new neighborhood, complete with upscale residential buildings, shops, and restaurants.
