The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights opened for occupancy this week at 21 Clark Street in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. The senior living community occupies the former Leverich Towers Hotel originally constructed in 1928.

Sales have launched for the 43 condominium units at Hillrose28, developed by Forkosh Development in Rose Hill, Manhattan. The limestone-clad 20-story residential building at 181 E 28th Street is designed by C3D Architecture and yields 66,125 square feet of space. Residences of the almost 200-foot-tall structure are designed by Lemay + Escobar D.P.C. and marketed by Corcoran Sunshine.
Curtain wall installation is progressing on Hillrose 28, a 20-story residential building at 157-161 East 28th Street in Kips Bay. Designed by C3D Architecture and developed by Forkosh Development, the 191-foot-tall structure spans 66,125 square feet and will contain 43 units designed by Lemay + Escobar and marketed by Corcoran Sunshine.
Exterior work is moving along on The Prime, a 120,000-square-foot mixed-use project at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens. Progress has been gradual since our last update in September, when the 11-story building had just recently topped out. Designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by Circle F, the structure features a curtain wall composed of a contrasting mix of white and gray paneling, which his now almost complete. Ryan Serhant of The Serhant Team and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York fame is marketing the 71 residences, which feature interior design by Andres Escobar of Lemay + Escobar and will average around 900 square feet apiece.
Exterior work is moving along at Eleven Hancock, a 12-story residential building at 362 West 125th Street in Harlem. The 130,000-square-foot project is designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Nortco Development, which purchased the plot and 27,500 square feet of development rights for $28.5 million four years ago. Lemay + Escobar is responsible for the interior design and the Krantz + Krantz Team of Halstead Development Marketing is handling sales for the 71 units, which will consist of studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts.
