New renderings have been revealed for Lorimer House, an eight-story mixed-use building at 265 Lorimer Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by ODA, which also will serve as landscape architect, and developed by Joyland Management, Meral Property Group, and Loketch Group, the 85-foot-tall, 318,400-square foot structure will yield 270 rental units in studio- to two-bedroom layouts including some with private outdoor space, as well as a set of 66 rental homes called the Copper Lofts, ground-floor commercial space, and more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Durukan Design is the landscape designer for the project, which is located on a formerly vacant plot bound by Boerum Street to the north, Broadway to the south, and Lorimer Street to the east.

Located between Lincoln Place and St. Johns Place, the lot is in walking distance of the Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum subway station, serviced by the 2 and 3 train and the Park Place station, serviced by the Franklin Avenue shuttle. Construction is nearing completion on 434-446 Clinton Avenue, a row of seven low-rise townhouses in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Marvel Architects and developed by The Loketch Group, the properties will yield around 4,000 square feet apiece and also include private parking. R&S Contracting NY Inc. is the general contractor for the project, which is located between Gates and Greene Avenues.
Loketch Group, the Joyland Group, and Meral Property Group have formed a joint venture to begin a new mixed-use project at 555 Broadway in Brooklyn. The address represents a large, wedge-shaped assemblage on the border of South Williamsburg and Broadway Triangle.
