Extell Development Company has debuted a new boutique condominium project with immediate occupancy in Manhattan’s Park Avenue Historic District. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, the building is on the Upper East Side at 1010 Park Avenue, between East 84th and 85th Streets.
DXA Studio will soon present its proposal for a new five-story residential building in Brooklyn’s Stuyvesant Heights Historic District. Located at 375 Stuyvesant Avenue, the corner lot is positioned immediately behind a historic mansion originally constructed between 1914 and 1915.
Alloy Development will today appear before the city’s Landmarks Preservation Commission to obtain approval for a residential conversion in Brooklyn’s DUMBO Historic District. Located at 168 Plymouth Street, the development includes the transformation of a five-story structure at 50 Jay Street, and a neighboring seven-story building at 42 Jay Street.
Pending LPC Approval, 405-409 West 13th Street could undergo a fresh renovation of its aging storefront, and a vertical enlargement from three to six stories.
A new office building designed by Morris Adjmi Architects could soon rise at 430 West Broadway, in SoHo, pending approval from the Landmarks Preservation Commission. The design and development team will present the proposed renovation and expansion project to the LPC later today.
