In an exciting reveal, Extell Development has unveiled new renderings of the residential amenity package within The Kent, a new mixed-use tower at 200 East 95th Street. Located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the 30-story structure encompasses 317,664 square feet, including retail space on both ground and cellar floors, with residential area on the second through 28th floors.
Evolve Architecture & Design has proposed major alterations to the exterior façade of 686 Broadway in Manhattan’s NoHo Historic District. The structure will serve as a restaurant and tasting room for The Great Jones Distillery, an establishment founded by Proximo Spirits.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 264 West 135th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Adam Clayton Powell Jr Boulevard and Frederick Douglass Boulevard, the interior lot is one city block south of the 135th Street subway station, serviced by the A, B, and C trains. Yaniv Garbo under the 264 West 135 Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
