This week Tishman Speyer and Irvine Company revealed the next phase of renovations and capital improvements at the historic MetLife Building, with new food and beverage options set to debut in 2023. Located at 200 Park Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan, the building’s new dining options will include the iconic Capital Grille, organic and fair-trade café Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee, Black Seed Bagels, as well as a pop-up run by Talea Beer Co., a woman-owned brewery based in Brooklyn.
New renderings from Architecture Plus Information reveal lush amenity spaces and exterior enhancements at 780 Third Avenue, a 50-story office tower in Midtown East, Manhattan. Nuveen Real Estate, the current owner of the building, has invested roughly $40 million to create what it calls a “green oasis” for new and existing tenants.
Anchorage Digital and Life Science REIT are the first new tenants to join 470 Park Avenue South following a $15 million renovation of the Midtown commercial building. SJP Properties and PGIM Real Estate, the building’s current owners, retained Gensler and MKDA to complete the modernization project, which was unveiled in February.
