According to the recent filing, the interior site is owned by NYC Health + Hospitals and part of the six-building Harlem Hospital complex. The Brooklyn-based development team at Cayuga Capital Management has released new renderings of 600 Bushwick Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The six-story mixed-use property topped off back in 2017, but construction seems to have halted or slowed down until earlier this year.
