Simone Healthcare Development and Catholic Health have completed a new urgent care and ambulatory center at 2112 Middle Country Road in Centereach, Long Island. Known as the Catholic Health Ambulatory & Urgent Care, the 63,000-square-foot facility will offer diagnostic imaging, an on-site pharmacy, and a dedicated suite for gastroenterologists.
The New York Cancer Center has revealed renderings for its newest facility in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Avenue S and McDonald Avenue, the building is designed by Building Studio Architects and will top out at three stories.
The Department of Buildings and Landmarks Preservation Commission have approved plans to convert a warehouse at 107 South Street into a mixed-use residential property. Located in Lower Manhattan’s historic Seaport District, the building was previously occupied by a fish trading house, supplying seafood daily to the Fulton Market before it was relocated in 2005.
New York Blood Center Enterprises will soon open its first vertical campus in Westchester County, New York, where construction broke ground this month. Located at 601 Midland Avenue in Rye, the existing building will be gutted and transformed to accommodate state-of-the-art life sciences research space, blood collections tools, and cell therapy manufacturing facilities.
NYCHA has announced a $1.5 billion plan to demolish and rebuild the Fulton and Elliott-Chelsea Houses in Chelsea. To complete the project, NYCHA has partnered with Essence Development and Related Companies, who will also work closely with residents and tenant associations to help ensure alignment among all community members.
