Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Taconic Partners under the 311 West 42nd Street Associates LLC, the 373,133-square-foot development will yield 321 apartments averaging 839 square feet apiece as well as 25,202 square feet of retail space. Triton Construction is serving as the general contractor for the property, which is located between West 42nd and 43rd Streets and Eighth and Ninth Avenues, directly north of the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by Fortuna Realty, the 323-foot-tall reinforced concrete structure will yield 133,500 square feet with 330 guest rooms. Leeding Builders Group, LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, just one block south of Bryant Park.
The upcoming H Hotel W39, at 58 West 39th Street is currently rising in Midtown, Manhattan Designed by Peter F. Poon Architects and developed by Wei Hong Hu of H Hotel LLC, the ground-up 28-story, 447-foot-tall project is being built by City Cross Construction Corp., who is the general contractor for the vertically growing reinforced concrete superstructure, which is wedged on a narrow plot of land between Fifth and South Avenues just one street below Bryant Park. YIMBY last reported that 58 West 39th Street would yield a total of 41,500 square feet of commercial space, 65 hotel rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness center, and a hotel lobby.
Façade installation is getting closer to completion on the 20-story Marriott SpringHill hotel at 223 West 46th Street in Times Square. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and developed by McSam Hotel Group, the project will yield 70,000 square feet and 200 guest rooms. Zhong Wang Construction Services Inc. is listed as the general contractor for the property, which is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
