A trio of big-name developers has launched leasing at 360 Huguenot, a 28-story, mixed-use development at 360 Huguenot Street in downtown New Rochelle. A collaboration by RXR Realty, ABS Partners, and Brause Realty, the new building contains 280 rentals, 14,000 square feet of retail, and a 10,000-square-foot arts and culture space.
Happy Living Development has released renderings for a low-rise condominium building at 441 West 37th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Located between Ninth Avenue and Tenth Avenue, the structure is being designed by EDI International.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 2652 East 18th Street in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located between Jerome Avenue and Voorhies Avenue, the lot is near the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Leonid Bogomolniy under the 2652 East 18th Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have yet to be filed for Woodside Green, a mixed-use complex in Elmhurst, Queens, as plans have not been finalized. The Hakimian Organization is credited as the developer of the property following its purchase of construction rights from Piermont Properties in 2018. (Update: According to the developer, it is likely the project will not be called Woodside Green.)
