Work is progressing below grade for the Hudson Arts Building, a ten-story commercial structure at 220 Eleventh Avenue in West Chelsea. Designed by STUDIOS Architecture and developed by The Moinian Group, the project is located along Eleventh Avenue between West 25th Street and West 26th Streets. 220 Eleventh, LLC is the owner, AECOM Tishman is the general contractor, and JLL is the exclusive leasing agent for the Midtown, Manhattan property.
The Moinian Group and Bushburg have successfully closed on a $105 million construction loan to complete 2840 Atlantic Avenue, a rising property in East New York, Brooklyn that will include residential and affordable housing units, community space, lower-level retail, and 109 parking spaces.
Construction is set to rise at Three Hudson Boulevard, a planned $3 billion office skyscraper designed by FXCollaborative for both Boston Properties and The Moinian Group. The 56-story Hudson Yards development is expected to culminate with a roof parapet of around 940 feet and yield a total of 1.86 million square feet. The interiors will feature column-free floor plates, private outdoor terraces for select suites, and prime views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson Yards, and the nearby Hudson River.

A new rendering from 3D architectural visualization studio NoTriangle depicts an updated design for Three Hudson Boulevard. The featured image shows a tall glass skyscraper that rises at nearly as high as the 1,009-foot 35 Hudson Yards. Several setbacks on the eastern and southern elevation of the future commercial office tower can be spotted. It is still being designed by FXCollaborative and developed by the Moinian Group.
