Permits have been filed for a seven-story hotel at 9 Patchen Avenue, in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Kossuth Place and Van Buren Street, the lot is one block south of the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Moris Yero-Shalmi of ABCNY is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Hotels are cropping up all over Williamsburg and Bushwick, but over the weekend, we spotted plans for a six-story hotel in a rather unusual spot – on Broadway in Bed-Stuy, next to the border with Bushwick. The 65-foot-tall building would rise at 1200 Broadway, between Lafayette Avenue and Van Buren Street.
