Construction has officially topped out on Valley National Bank’s new headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey. Designed by Gensler and developed in collaboration by SJP Properties and Scotto Properties, the building is located along Speedwell Avenue near Cattano Avenue and replaces several vacant commercial properties.
The Jersey City Planning Board has a approved a pair of high-rise residential towers along the waterfront edge of Jersey City. Located at 50 and 55 Hudson Street, the towers are the latest residential development from global investment bank Goldman Sachs and are expected to create 1,941 residential units, set atop a large retail component, an amenity deck, and public plazas.
Renderings from architect Blackberry Studios are the first to reveal The Legacy, a five-story residential building at 751 Vose Avenue in Orange, New Jersey. The developer of the project is former professional football player Kimble Wright who envisions the project as a means to give back to his community.
Construction has broken ground at 50 Sussex Avenue, a forthcoming rental property in Downtown Newark, New Jersey. From developers Tona Development and KS Group, the 203-unit property will top out at 150 feet or 15 stories above ground.
Vessel, a new housing development for community workers, is now open for occupancy at 121 Perry Street in Trenton, New Jersey. The inaugural project of its kind from Vessel Technologies, the property is envisioned as an “attainably priced” housing solution for first responders, teachers, entrepreneurs, and other workers to live in the communities they serve.
