This week JMF Properties announced full leasing at Clarus Glen Ridge, a rental community in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Located at 277 Baldwin Street near downtown Montclair, the property comprises 110 residences, a large collection of health and wellness amenity spaces, and easy access to the Bay Street New Jersey Transit station.
The first rendering has been revealed for a large mixed-used building at 477 Main Street in Hackensack, New Jersey. Designed by Jose Carballo Architectural Group, the structure will yield 130 rental units, 3,000 square feet of retail space, and a parking garage designed to accommodate 183 vehicles.
The Jersey City Planning Board has approved proposals to construct a new mixed-use property with 196 rental units and a large retail component at 96 Tonnele Avenue. Located in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood, 96 Tonnele Avenue is the latest project from developer RKS Group and Jorge Mastropietro Architects Atelier.

Developers were joined by Harrison Mayor James A. Fife to celebrate the opening of 381 new rentals and amenity spaces at Harrison Urby in New Jersey. The residential complex, which first opened in 2017, now includes 1,060 apartments and a lush offering of social spaces designed to engage a new community in the heart of the city.
