A former nursing home campus at 123 Linden Boulevard in Flatbush may grow a 20-story residential building with community facilities. The developer has filed another round of building applications and dramatically scaled up the size of the project, which started out as a seven-story, 57-unit apartment building.

The building will measure 6,609 square feet in total, which means units will average 826 square feet apiece. One of the units on the fourth floor will also include a fifth-floor penthouse, according to the Schedule A. Forest Hills-based Arc Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record, and permits were filed in October to demolish an existing single-story house. Chris Lynch, of Queens-based Storage Deluxe, has filed applications for a seven-story, 157,424 square-foot storage facility at 3024 Cropsey Avenue, on Coney Island, five blocks from the Stillwell Avenue D/F/N/Q stop. The facility will be equipped with six loading berths, according to the Schedule A, and Virginia-based Butz Wilbern LTD is the applicant of record. Existing industrial structures must first be demolished.
