The Moinian Group has released a video revealing the gardens and interiors of 3 Hudson Boulevard, the 1,050-foot-tall tower headed for Eleventh Avenue between 34th and 35th Streets. Per DNAinfo, The Brooklyn Hospital Center plans to sell the 21-story Maynard Building, located at 240 Willoughby Street, in Fort Greene, to a developer and use the money to develop a new 155,000 square-foot Ambulatory Care Center at their parking lot spanning 95-99 Dekalb Avenue. The Maynard Building apparently offers spectacular views and would likely be up for a residential conversion. Developers for both proposals have yet to be found.

It sits on the northwestern corner of the greater Riverside Center development, next to West 61st Street and the West Side Highway.
