Allied Realty Partners LLC has filed applications for three three-story residential buildings, each measuring 8,750 square feet — two buildings containing four units, one with three — at 55-12 – 55-16 Van Doren Street, in Corona. Angelo NG + Anthony NG Architects Studio is designing, and the existing two-story structure at No. 55-14 was approved for demolition last Fall.

Criterion Group Set to Acquire Long Island City Development Site on Northern Boulevard for $40 Million

The Criterion Group plans to purchase the two-story property assemblage at 31-08 Northern Boulevard, in northern Long Island City, for $40 million, per The Real Deal. The development site boasts 253,000 square feet of building potential, but no plans for development have been proposed. The property last traded for $3.6 million in 2004, and the latest transaction should close this month.
