30 East 31st Street’s Façade Wrapping Up Installation in NoMad, Manhattan

Exterior work is now nearly complete on 30 East 31st Street, a 39-story, 479-foot-tall residential building in NoMad. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Ekstein Development and Pinnacle Real Estate, the slender reinforced concrete tower will yield a total of 70,000 square feet and 42 units marketed by Reuveni Real Estate. Each of the homes will average 1,700 square feet and range in price from $1.65 million to upward of $12 million.

Façade work is shaping up on 1245 Broadway, a 23-story office building in NoMad. Designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill and developed by GDSNY and Sweden-based Klovern, the 318-foot-tall building will yield 200,000 square feet of commercial space with with leasing managed by CBRE. StructureTech NY and Triton Construction are in charge of constructing the project, which stands at the corner of West 31st Street and Broadway.

Work is continuing on Madison House, an 805-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 126 Madison Avenue and the tallest structure in NoMad. Alternately addressed as 15 East 30th Street, the 62-story reinforced concrete edifice is designed by Handel Architects and developed by both Fosun Group and JD CarlisleDouglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing of the 199 condominiums, which will sit atop an additional 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Construction is nearing completion on Parker West, a 22-story residential building at 214 West 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by GreenbergFarrow and developed by CBSK Ironstate, a collaboration of SK Development, CB Developers and Brooklyn Standard Properties, the 219-foot-tall structure will yield 18 full-floor homes designed by GRADE in two- to three-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The project is located between West End Avenue and the confluence of Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
