Waterline Square Park’s Completion Revealed In New Photographs, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Today, YIMBY has a new set of architectural photographs of the recently completed Waterline Square Park, photographed by Elizabeth Felicella. The 2.6-acre green space surrounds the towers of Waterline Square, a three-tower residential complex from GID Development Group on the waterfront of Manhattan’s Upper West Side. 269 West 87th Street Completes Construction, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

YIMBY recently took a tour of West End & Eighty Seven, a recently completed residential building at 269 West 87th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, between West End Avenue and Broadway. Designed by FXCollaborative, the 17-story, 215-foot-tall edifice features a detailed exterior made of intricately laid bricks, with patterns that delicately catch the sunlight against their warm-colored finish. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is handling sales, and Champalimaud Design is the interior designer.

Updated Renderings Reveal Possible Mixed-Use Skyscraper at 267 Broadway in Tribeca, Manhattan

YIMBY spotted a couple of never before seen renderings for 267 Broadway, a 510-foot-tall mixed-use building proposed to be constructed in Tribeca. While previous iterations by Gene Kaufman Architect were last seen and revealed in February of 2018, the architecture firm reached out to say that they are no longer working on the project. As of now, The Roe Corporation was last heard to be the developer for the 42-story development. If built according to formerly announced plans, there would be 144,244 square feet of space and feature 37 residential units above an 80-room boutique hotel. The site is located between Chambers Street and Warren Street and is currently occupied by a five-story building.

New Renderings Reveal Exterior Details of 2505 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

New renderings have been revealed for ODA Architecture‘s 2505 Broadway, a 19-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Created by MOSO Studio, the renderings depict the upper and ground-floor levels of the structure, which is topped out at the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street. ODA is also designing the interiors of the property and its 44 residential units, averaging 1,934 square feet apiece. Tomer Yogev of Adam America Real Estate is the developer for the 75,000-square-foot structure, which will also feature 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the project.
