Located between Plymouth Street and Water Street, almost directly to the east of the Manhattan Bridge, the structure was once a factory for the Masury Paint Company and was transformed into rental apartments several years ago.

The 189-foot-tall project is designed by Gene Kaufman Architect and is being developed by Aview Equities and Hello Living, which purchased the plot for $11.1 million. The property is located between Nevins Street to the east and Hanover Place to the west, and is planned to contain a ground-floor beer garden.

A new series of renderings have been revealed for 69 Adams Street, a 26-story, 280-foot-tall mixed-use project in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by The Rabsky Group, the project will span 308,145 square feet and yield 225 residential units ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts. The property will also include ground-floor retail area and 90 parking spaces. The 17,464-square-foot lot is bound by Front Street to the north, Adams Street to the west, York Street to the south, and the elevated Manhattan Bridge roadway to the immediate east.

At 532 feet tall, it will stand as the tallest building in the 22-acre Pacific Park master plan.
