Jacobs Group as the architect of record and Tyler Workman under the Paragon JV Prop III LLC as the owner behind the applications for the project, which will rise 22 stories at the corner of 96th Street. The property will contain 130 residences spread across 215,866 square feet, for an average scope of 1,660 square feet, most likely indicating condominiums. The building will also feature 9,080 square feet of commercial space.
