Morris Adjmi Architects has been hard at work, designing projects from 550 Clinton Avenue and 211 Schermerhorn Street in Downtown Brooklyn to 119-121 2nd Avenue and 110 East 16th Street in Manhattan. On top of all that, they filed permits for a new building in Williamsburg last month that will yield over 100,000 square feet. The building is at 215 North 10th Street, and today YIMBY has an exclusive reveal for a crisp new rendering of the design.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use development at 85 Rutledge Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Yesh Properties LLC is listed as responsible for the development.

The Nexus Development cluster in the Lower East Side will soon have company. Permits for 167 Chrystie Street by the Arava Group have revealed a sixteen-story residential building that will separate Nexus’ rising 165 Chrystie Street from 173 Chrystie Street and the demolished 171 Chrystie Street.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 589 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The site is located right next to the entrance for the Metropolitan Avenue subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. SL Development will be responsible for the development.
