Renderings Revealed for Tishman Speyer’s 99 Hudson Boulevard, in Midtown

Developer Tishman Speyer has released renderings for 99 Hudson Boulevard, a 44-story office building at Hudson Yards. The site sits along 11th Avenue between West 36th Street and West 37th Street. Tishman had to first buy two adjacent lots, 34-444 11th Avenue and 550 West 37th Street. The proposed 1.3-million-square-foot structure is the company’s second office project in the area after 66 Hudson Boulevard, aka The Spiral, which sits diagonally across from Bella Abzug Park.

Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel Tops Out at 12 East 48th Street in Midtown

Construction on the Hilton Grand Vacation Hotel has topped out at 12 East 48th Street. The 31-story project is being designed by Handel Architects and developed by Hidrock Realty. There will be a total of 161 rooms, an outdoor terrace, and ground-floor retail space. The site was part of a $47 million purchase several years ago. A reinforced concrete structure makes up the frame of the building, which will be clad with white metallic panels.
