Permits have been filed for a new four-story mixed-use building at 555 West 22nd Street, in Chelsea. Related Companies is responsible for the project. Last time YIMBY reported on this site, the developer was in the process of acquiring 555 West 22nd Street, as well as 548 and 552 West 23rd Street. This permit only specifies for the lot on 22nd street, so the predicted 22-story building might still be in the works.
An anonymous LLC has filed permits for a new seven-story mixed-use building at 380 Grove Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The lot is situated in near the commercially busy Myrtle Avenue, just two blocks away from the Myrtle-Wyckoff Avenue Station, serviced by the L train.

YIMBY has covered progress across Hudson Yards extensively in recent months, and the neighborhood’s rapid transformation is nothing short of incredible. But the last time we looked at progress at the Diller Scofidio + Renfro-designed Fifteen Hudson Yards, it was back in December of 2016, when it was at its eighth floor. Now, eleven months later, work is approaching the upper floors of the soon-to-be 70-story tower, which is being developed by Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group.
