Twin Two-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming To 5304 Amboy Road, Huguenot, Staten Island

Staten Island-based Javco Group Construction has filed applications for twin two-story, two-family residential buildings at 5304-5308 Amboy Road, in Huguenot, along Staten Island’s South Shore. The buildings will each measure 3,812 square feet and, across both, their full-floor residential units should average 1,178 square feet apiece. That means family-sized apartments are likely in the works. Each structure will also come with a 200-square-foot, single-car garage. James V. Morri’s Staten Island-based JVM Architect is the architect of record. The 75-foot-wide, 9,375-square-foot property was occupied by a two-story house until that structure was demolished over the summer.
