New Renderings Of 41-Story Residential Tower At 303 East 44th Street, Midtown East

Last Spring, the New York Daily News brought us the first renderings of Triangle Assets’ 41-story, 44-unit residential building planned at 303 East 44th Street, in Midtown East. Now updated renderings have surfaced of the ODA Architecture-designed project. The tower will stand 600 feet in height and its residential units will measure from roughly 1,000  to 2,000 square feet. Units will also feature shared, but private, outdoor garden spaces. Completion is expected in 2017, according to The Real Deal.


155 West 18th Street

Rendering For 11-Story, 30-Unit Mixed-Use Project At 155 West 18th Street, Chelsea

Earlier this month, YIMBY brought you a construction update on the 11-story, 30-unit condominium project at 155 West 18th Street, in southern Chelsea, and now Curbed has the first full rendering of the project, as well as news that it has been dubbed The Flynn. As previously reported, the building is now topped-out and receiving its cladding. Completion is expected in mid-2016, and the sales launch is planned for this December. IGI-USA is the developer, and ODA-Architecture is designing.


275 4th Avenue

New Developer Finances 11-Story, 44-Unit Condo Project At 275 Fourth Avenue, Park Slope

Last month, Slate Property Group and Adam America Real Estate sold their development site at 275 Fourth Avenue/251 1st Street, in Park Slope, to Chinese developer Vanke, according to Commercial Observer. An 11-story, 44-unit condominium project is planned, and 5,547 square feet of retail and community space is expected on the ground floor. The new developer has also landed a $33.2 million construction loan and expects to complete the building in Q3 2016. Sales should launch in early 2016 and ODA Architecture is designing.


41-20 27th Street

Reveal For 18-Story, 195-Unit Project At 41-20 27th Street, Long Island City

In February of this year, YIMBY reported on applications for a 15-story, 99-unit mixed-use building at 41-20 27th Street, in Long Island City, but now the developer, Rabsky Group, is planning to build an 18-story, 195-unit residential building, with a small 2,888 square-foot retail component on the ground floor. The Real Deal has renderings of the project, which is being designed by ODA Architecture. The building will measure 140,130 square feet, and its rental units will average 704 square feet apiece. Existing low-slung commercial buildings must first be demolished, and completion is expected in mid 2017.
