Joel Klepner, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a five-story, nine-unit residential building at 163 Erasmus Street, in Flatbush, located around the block from the Church Avenue stop on the 2/5 trains. The structure will encompass 9,846 square feet, and its residential units should average 867 square feet apiece. The 25-foot-wide lot is currently occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits have not yet been filed.
