Flushing-based FK Construction has filed applications for two three-story, three-unit residential buildings at 84-20 and 84-22 102nd Avenue, in Ozone Park. The buildings will each measure 4,547 square feet. Across both, the full-floor residential apartments should average 1,106 square feet apiece, indicative of units with family-sized configurations. There will be a total five off-street parking spaces, two of which will be housed in garages. Frank J. Quatela’s Flushing-based firm is the architect of record. The 5,311-square-foot lot is occupied by a two-story house. Demolition permits have not been filed.

Queens-based Tim Kris Holdings Inc. has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 94-07 101st Avenue, in Ozone Park. The structure will measure 7,000 square feet and its residential units should average 700 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. Each floor of the will host two apartments, and there will be storage space in the cellar. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based John J. Glavic is the applicant of record. The 28-foot-wide, 2,800-square-foot lot is currently occupied by a two-story office building. Demolition permits haven’t yet been filed. The Rockaway Boulevard stop on the A train is located three blocks to the south.

Richmond Hill-based Amar Marketing Enterprises III has filed applications has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 81-14 101st Avenue, in Ozone Park, located two blocks from the 80th Street stop on the A train. The structure will measure 5,012 square feet, which means its residential units should average 716 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two apartments per floor on the ground through third levels, followed by a single unit on the fourth floor. Barry J. Bank’s Kew Gardens-based engineering firm is the applicant of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,506-square-foot lot is currently occupied by a metal garage structure.
