Developed by RiseBoro Community Partnership and designed by Paul Castrucci Architects, the 80-unit affordable senior housing development is built with green infrastructure and water conservation and also has on-site social services. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 55 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $53,700.

The Department of Buildings recently approved plans for Bethany Terraces, a four-story affordable senior housing development at 604 East 40th Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Developed by RiseBoro Community Partnership, which will operate the facility, and designed by Paul A. Castrucci Architects, the 39,200-square-foot project will be built to Passive House Standards.
Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 19-19 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Located between Beach 19th Street and Beach 20th Street, the interior lot is a short walk to the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Brisa Builders is listed as the owner behind the applications.

An updated design has been submitted to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for 312-322 Canal Street, in the West Tribeca Historic District. The site is currently occupied by a two-story retail space, owned by the developer, Trans World Equities. An initial design proposal was submitted in 2011 by Paul A. Castrucci Architect, but was denied by the LPC after being deemed too bland for the area.
