Work is nearing completion on 45 East 7th Street, a seven-story residential building from Morris Adjmi Architects in the East Village. Developed by Immobiliare Capital, Premier Equities, and Nexus Building Development Group, the project required approvals and insight from the Landmarks Preservation Commission before work proceeded on the property, which sold for $9.15 million in 2017. The edifice will contain 21 condominiums marketed by The Tavivian Team from Douglas Elliman and range from one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. There will also be ground-floor retail.
Demolition permits have been filed for the existing structures at 1297 and 1299 3rd Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, between 74th and 75th Street. The site is three blocks away from the 77th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains, and four blocks away from the 72nd Street subway station, serviced by the Q trains. Continental Ventures is listed as responsible for the demolition.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building with a penthouse at 289 Kosciuszko Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. The site is ten blocks from the Bedford-Nostrand Avenue Station, serviced by the G train, and fourteen blocks away from the Myrtle Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. The development would fill a vacant lot that’s been in such a condition for over a decade. Premier Equities will be responsible for the development.
Premier Equities and Thor Equities are partnering to develop a 31-story, 100,000-square-foot residential tower at 1297-1299 Third Avenue, located between East 74th and 75th streets on the Upper East Side.
It was back in December that YIMBY told you of Premiere Equities’ plans for a new commercial building at 134 Wooster Street, located between Houston and Price streets in the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District. Those plans went before the Landmarks Preservation Commission on Tuesday and were approved with very little fuss.
