An anonymous LLC has filed permits for an eight-story mixed-use structure in Flushing, Queens. The site, at 136-23 41st Avenue, is in a commercial center of the neighborhood, with several malls and restaurants within the surrounding blocks. The Queens Botanical Garden, Queens Museum, and Citi Field are also nearby. The last stop for 7 trains, at Main Street Station, is just over a block away.
Permits have been filed for two residential buildings at 82-12 and 82-14 31st Avenue, in Jackson Heights, Queens. The project will be a twenty-five minute walk to the nearest two stations, the Roosevelt Avenue-Jackson Heights Subway Station, serviced by the E, F, M, R trains, and the 82nd Street Station, serviced by the 7 trains. TF Cornerstone’s new Hunters Point South Towers are finally getting ready to rise. The developer acquired the site back in 2013, and there have been major alterations to initial plans, including a substantial height increase for the two towers, designed by ODA Architecture.

The site is two blocks away from the 90th Street-Elmhurst Avenue subway station, serviced by the 7 train. The surrounding neighborhood is predominantly residential to the south, with a couple dozen blocks of commercial space to the east, along Roosevelt Avenue and 37th Avenue.
Permits have been filed for a new three-story building at 19-14 21st Road, in Ditmars-Steinway, Queens. The site is two blocks away from Astoria Park, along the East River. Though the neighborhood is largely residential, this particular location is just a couple blocks away from several stores, a market, and the P.S. 122 Mamie Fay. AKI Development is responsible for the project.
